Attention to Detail

I lead a productive life. I contribute to society in ways that far exceed, I'm sure, what my parents ever imagined me accomplishing. Most notably of which is by rewatching TV series for the 4th or 5th time, in between naps.

Now if you've ever watched a movie with me you know that I tend to gravitate towards the finer things... life's subtilties, if you will... like a boom mike in the corner of the screen or a blue plaid shirt in one frame that's blue paisley in the next or a piece of spinach once sandwiched between incisors that can no longer be found.

Well fear not, my friends, as these skills also transfer to the small screen. Today's social contribution involves watching Grey's Anatomy from the start (save for Season 4 which, if you ask me*, blew goat balls). I'm on the second episode of season 1. You know... the one where Meredith posts a 'Roomates Wanted' flyer, the vacancies of which go to George and Izzie:

Of course I just had to see what it actually said. After all, you never know when I might need to post a similar flyer and need inspiration. Keep in mind that this was circa April 2005, only 4 short months after the presidential election:

Have I mentioned, lately, that I should work in television?

Or perhaps I should just get a life? Whichever.

*let's face it... you don't have to ask... this is my blog and I'll do the asking/telling thank you very much!
